The question bank

The bank holds 17,000+ PEBC-style questions across 140+ topics, in four formats: foundational knowledge, clinical scenarios, single cases, and full multi-question cases. Every question explains every option, not just the right one, because knowing why a distractor is wrong is where exam marks come from.

These are original questions written to match the exam's style, difficulty, and blueprint. They are not recalled PEBC content. Be careful with anyone selling real exam questions: sharing recalled content violates PEBC's rules and can put your registration at risk.

Studying for November

Start with foundational knowledge in your weak areas, then move to clinical scenarios and cases. The spaced repetition system resurfaces what you are forgetting, so daily consistency beats weekend cramming.

Testing yourself beats re-reading, and spacing beats massing. The app schedules both for you automatically.

Frequently asked questions

How many questions are in the question bank?
17,000+ PEBC-style questions across 140+ topics, in four formats: foundational knowledge, clinical scenarios, single cases, and full multi-question cases. Every question has a full explanation for every option.
Are these real PEBC questions?
No. Our questions are original items written to match the exam's style, difficulty, and blueprint. Recalled exam content violates PEBC's rules, and using it can put your registration at risk.
What does it cost?
The Question Bank is $349 for 6 months or $449 for 12 months total. There is a free tier with sample questions and our exam guide, no signup needed. The OCP Jurisprudence Pack is a $79 add-on, or you can get both together for $399 and save $29.
What happens if I fail the exam?
You get 3 more months free. That is the pass guarantee: sit the exam, and if you do not pass, we extend your Question Bank access at no cost.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. You get full access the moment you pay, so we cannot take the content back. That is why the free tier exists: try the sample questions first and buy when you are sure. If something genuinely went wrong with your order, contact us and we will look at it case by case.
Is the bank updated for the 2026 PEBC blueprint?
Yes. Every question in the bank was written against the current PEBC blueprint, including the changes that took effect with the May 2026 sitting. When PEBC updates the blueprint, we update the bank.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The free tier includes sample questions with full explanations across 20+ topics, with no credit card and no signup.
What is spaced repetition and why should I care?
It is the best-evidenced study method we know of: reviewing material at increasing intervals right before you would forget it. Testing yourself beats re-reading, and spacing beats massing. The app schedules this for you automatically.
Does the AI tutor make things up?
It answers from Canadian references and our own content, and it shows its sources. When the sources do not cover something, it says so instead of guessing. It is a study aid, not a clinical decision tool.
I'm an international pharmacy graduate. Is this for me?
Yes. A large share of our users are IPGs. The bank assumes pharmacy knowledge, not Canadian schooling, and the site includes guidance on the PEBC pathway for international graduates.
Does AuraPharm cover the OSCE?
OSCE preparation with 375 stations is in development and listed on the pricing page as an add-on. The MCQ question bank is available today. See the OSCE guide for what Part II involves.Read the PEBC OSCE guide
What is a passing score on the PEBC MCQ?
There is no fixed passing percentage. For Part I, PEBC uses an ability standard established in 2016 and equates each new exam to that standard. For Part II, PEBC repeats station-level standard setting for each administration. Results are reported pass/fail only, with no numeric score. Our passing-score guide explains the distinction.Read the PEBC passing-score guide
